Bases & Studio is the result of over 25 years of passion for fashion, craftsmanship, and the belief that a wardrobe should never limit you, but rather set you free. What began as a shared dream under the Florida sun has grown into a boutique that stands for clothing with a soul and a story of unbreakable family bonds.

HOW IT ALL BEGAN

In the beginning, it was pure pioneering. Olivia and Ethan met years ago in the fashion world a chance encounter in a creative studio that would change everything. Olivia worked as a stylist and saw how women often struggled with clothing that was beautiful but impractical. Ethan, with his background in design, believed that the foundation of every outfit should be indestructible.

Together, they spent countless hours in their small studio, searching for that one perfect 'base'  that timeless piece of clothing that remains beautiful for years and forms the foundation of every outfit. They wanted to create a place that radiates peace in a world that is always moving faster. That is how Bases & Studio was born: a place where the perfect base and creative freedom come together.

 A NEW GENERATION, A NEW STRENGTH

However, life took an unexpected turn when Ethan faced serious health challenges. It forced our family to pause, but also to grow closer together. While Ethan had to take a step back to focus on his recovery, their daughter Ava stepped up to carry the torch.

Today, the boutique is proudly run by Olivia and Ava. The arrival of Ava’s own baby girl has brought the story full circle. As a young mother and entrepreneur, Ava knows better than anyone that balancing a family and a business isn’t always easy. But that little girl in the studio is a daily reminder of why we do this: to build something that lasts for generations.

LOOKING AHEAD

After 25 years, Bases & Studio is still here in Orlando, built on resilience, honesty, and the belief that hard work and heart truly matter.

This boutique is more than a store. It’s a story of growth, motherhood, and continuing even when the path isn’t always easy.
