TERMS OF SERVICE
ARTICLE 1 - DEFINITIONS
Within these General Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
Withdrawal Period
The period during which the consumer may exercise the right to withdraw from a purchase.
Consumer
Any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession who enters into a distance contract with Bases & Studio Orlando.
Ongoing Agreement
A distance contract relating to the delivery of products and/or services over a period of time.
Right of Withdrawal
The consumer’s statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within the applicable withdrawal period.
Business
Bases studio Orlando offering products to consumers through online sales.
Distance Contract
An agreement concluded between the consumer and Bases & Studio Orlando by means of online communication.
CESOP
The Central Electronic System of Payment Information used within the European Union to monitor payment service providers.

ARTICLE 3 - APPLICATEBILITY
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded between Bases & Studio Orlando and the consumer.
Before any agreement is finalized, these terms are made available electronically to the consumer.
ARTICLE 4 - OFFERS AND PRICING
All product listings and offers on the website are non-binding. Bases & Studio Orlando reserves the right to modify prices, product availability, and product details at any time.
Prices shown include the product price and, where applicable, shipping costs. Any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or courier fees imposed by authorities are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
ARTICLE 5 - FORMATION OF THE AGREEMENT
An agreement is formed once the customer places an order and payment has been successfully completed.
From this point forward, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled. The agreement becomes legally binding on both parties at the moment of payment confirmation.
Return requests may only be submitted after the order has been delivered, in accordance with the applicable return provisions.
ARTICLE 6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating a reason.
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
ARTICLE 6B - EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Products purchased with a discount of 40% or more are classified as final sale and are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Items discounted by less than 40% may be eligible for return, subject to the conditions set out in our Return Policy.
ARTICLE 7 - REFUNDS AND WITHDRAWAL COSTS
If a withdrawal is accepted, Bases & Studio Orlando will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided it is returned in unused condition and original packaging.
For all approved returns, a $15 restocking and handling fee per item applies and will be deducted from the refund amount.
ARTICLE 8 - CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
The consumer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and compliance with local import regulations.
Bases & Studio Orlando does not act as the importer of record for international shipments. Any charges imposed by customs authorities or courier services are the responsibility of the customer.
While shipping documentation is provided, customs clearance cannot be guaranteed. Customers are advised to review local import regulations prior to ordering.
ARTICLE 9 - CESOP COMPLIANCE
In line with applicable EU regulations, payment service providers may report transaction data to the CESOP system. Bases & Studio Orlando complies with all relevant legal obligations in this regard where applicable.
ARTICLE 10 - PRODUCT COMPLIANCE AND WARRANTY
All products are intended to conform to the descriptions provided on the website.
If an item is defective or materially different from its description, the customer must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
ARTICLE 11 - DELIVERY 11
Orders are typically delivered within 30 days.
If delivery is delayed, the customer will be informed within 14 days after placing the order.
The customer is responsible for fulfilling all customs and import requirements. Delays or costs resulting from customs procedures do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
ARTICLE 12 - COMPLAINTS
Complaints must be submitted by email within 7 days of discovering the issue.
Bases & Studio Orlando aims to respond within 14 days. If additional time is required, the customer will be informed accordingly.
ARTICLE 13 - GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States.
Any disputes will first be addressed through mutual consultation. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in New York, United States.
Nothing in these terms affects the consumer’s statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
